The earbuds are great overall, with good sound quality and a comfortable fit. I had an issue with one earbud not charging initially, but the customer service team was responsive and sent me a replacement quickly. The earhooks are very secure, and the waterproof feature is excellent for workouts. I wish the noise canceling was a bit stronger, but overall, it’s a great product backed by solid customer support.
